Week Three: Short and Sweet

Today was a good health day. I ate well. I was busy. I exercised and I even feel it in my legs. It was a great Aqua Zumba class. I worked hard with Aqua gloves. I have decided that when I get to my 1st goal I will buy some Aqua gloves of my own.


Plans for tomorrow:
Deep Water Aerobics


Five things I'm grateful for:
1. Probiotics, it’s really helping my stomach.
2. Aqua Zumba. It’s a fun way to exercise.
3. Sunshine. It was great to see the sun out, even if it was a for a little bit.
4. A fridge full of healthy foods.
5. Spark Challenges. They help me keep on task.
