Day 2-30 Day Challenge

So I have decided to change up my routine and make sure that I do my challenge in the morning before work. This way I won't have any excuses later in the day.
This morning I did the Firm 30 Workout. It has a small amount of walking in it, but for the most part it is a true firming routine. I decided to start out with 5lb weights. I don't want to over do it this week, especially since I am doing a 5k on Saturday.
Usually I can hardly wait for a workout dvd to be over, but I actually enjoyed today's routine. I felt like the amount of each exercise was just right and it will be real easy to increase the difficulty over time by just increasing the amount of weight I use.
I also managed to get 10 minutes on my elliptical and I did yardwork for about 25 minutes today after work. Needless to say, I'm tired and ready for bed. Can't wait to see what's in store for me tomorrow morning.
