My 3 biggest excuses for not working out

1. my feet hurt
2. I am tired
3. The weather is to cold/hot/wet whatever!!!

And now to think of a way to bust these excuses!!!! Will do another blog after I come up with some excuse busters!!

    There is always in climate weather , the more you exercise the energy you will have ! For the feet , I purchased Lynco Pads for my gym shoes - perhaps a change in exercise - swimming , cycling - emoticon

    Never give up what you want the MOST for what you want at the MOMENT!! It's my motto and helps get me out the door when I really want to just stay under the covers!

    What if you were to think about those people who have lost a foot or leg (like my husband) or have other health or physical disabilities that prevent them from doing what they would really like to do.

    As I watch my husband figure out how to do stuff, (such as climb a ladder so he can clean the gutters), it really helped me to put my pettiness and laziness into perspective.
