Day 1 completed!

All right, so I wrote this REALLY long blog post the other day (
dual.asp?blog_id=5588040) about all my goals and such and how I was going to do it for real this time. I think it actually worked!!

I'm also using 100 (a site I came across on Facebook from a post of Jillian Michaels about a girl who went to the gym for 100 days in a row and is getting healthy!) to keep myself accountable and I think it's fun, here's my page if you want to check it out:

Today is Day 1 and I did everything I set out to do! :)

For lunch I made a gluten-free pizza with all organic/gluten free ingredients and it wasn't as much work as I thought it would be. I always hated cooking, it was boring and took to long... even though I was ravenous after my workout, I planned to make this for lunch and stuck to it and LOVED it!! Both making AND eating it! :)

GF crust, 2 chicken tenderloins + mushroom slices + organic spinach (cooked with olive oil & fresh garlic), organic/all-natural sauce, organic low-fat mozzarella.

I'm going to make this recipe tonight (of course gluten-free and all natural/organic):

If you read my previous blog post, you know I had a scary doctor's visit. Well tomorrow is my follow up appointment where I'll be getting some additional results, so I hope it goes well and I'll be ready to start my treatments and continue down the road to getting healthy and having babies!!

    That looks friggin delicious! I'll have to try that. I wish I could afford a gym membership, but perhaps I'll just try working out 100 days in a row? Best of luck to you sweetie! Make sure you're listening to your body and that you're meeting the nutritional goals that you need physically to stay health :) emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
