I can't believe I have not written anything here for two months!
But I have been very busy actually LIVING my recovery program I've made for myself for becoming more fit and healthy!
I'm still doing my twice a week group training. I'm eating 100% primal/paleo with absolutely no cheats. This seems to work the best for me because my personality tends to be an "all or nothing" type. If I allow any sweets at all, I keep going until I have a gain in my body weight. Knowing that I am going to say "no" the entire month of January to any grains or sugars is helping me to shed weight and inches.
Since January 1st, I am down 6 pounds.
My current weight is 175!
New low weight!!! YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have lost inches but not sure how much, I will measure that at the end of the month.
I've made cauliflower crust pizza, eat spaghetti squash, had mostly eggs/bacon/avacado for breakfasts. Salads and sweet potatoes for lunch most days or soup. Then a nice, homemade supper.
I'm doing great. How bout you guys?
