30 Day Walk Challenge

Sometimes you have to shake things up a little. I am an avid exerciser, but I tend to get in a rut every now and then. I was at Costco yesterday and came across Leslie Sansone's Just Walk 30 Day Walk Off.
It has 3 dvds, an exercise band and a meal plan. I have plenty of bands and my meal plan is pretty solid, but I felt like I needed something new to shock my body into high gear. I've done her dvds before and they're not high impact which is good for my feet, so I decided to buy the set. It was only $14, so I figured worse case scenario, I wasn't out much.
There's a great chart with what workout to do each day for 30 days. I did the first one today and I really liked it. It was a 30 minute burn and used light weights (1-3lbs). Tomorrow is a toning, which will use heavier weights. My plan is to blog about this 30 day journey and let you know if it is the boost I'm looking for.
