Slipped and fell in more ways than one

Yesterday, I was on my way to work when I slipped on some ice and fell. I wasn't really hurt but I did get a little wet. This morning I feel a little more of what the fall did as my shoulder is quite sore under the blade. Guess banging my elbow wrenched the muscle more than I thought.
Also, yesterday was rainy and, while I waited for my bus home, it started to really pour. The rain came down in buckets and the wind was driving it right under my umbrella. By the time the bus came, I was dripping wet from the mid-thigh down; wet jeans are seriously uncomfortable and cold. I got wetter from this than I did falling down.
After wearing all that water, I missed drinking my 8 cups of water for the day. (Does soaking water into your skin count as drinking it?) That ended my streak of 8+ cups per day at 15 days. Not bad but my record is 18 days. I know I can reach that record and break it so that's a goal for me now.
I also lost my 10 minutes of exercise per day streak. I really didn't feel like doing anything yesterday especially since my back seemed to be strained and my knees were protesting much movement as well. I'll mark it up to the weather and restart the streak today. This record was 18 days as well so, once again, I know I can do this.
I'll be starting the Winter 5% Challenge at the end of the week. I am soooo looking forward to the challenge because it pushes me to do what I should in order to help my team. I really don't like letting others down and it would help make my streaks longer and more habit forming.
OH NO!! My water bottle is empty! I'm off to refill and possibly go out for a nice long walk.
