Monday, Jan. 6 - 15 Jumping Jacks
Tuesday, Jan. 7 - walked up and down 1 flight of stairs
Wednesday, Jan. 8 - 20 Jumping Jacks
Thursday, Jan. 9 - walked up and down 1 fight of stairs
Friday, Jan. 10 - 20 Jumping Jacks
Saturday, Jan. 11 - Rest Day
I just stuck to 2 main exercises this week. On Tuesday, I realized the reason my right leg was stiff and sore and wouldn't move past 15 jumping jacks was I needed more Potassium. So on Wednesday, I started eating bananas. I chose bananas because it worked for me in the past. I know it's probably all in my head, but other fruits just don't work. But I will incorporate other fruits in my daily snack routine. It also means I need to be more active. As my doctor would say, "exercise, exercise". I lost .6 lbs.
On to week 2 where I hope to lose more.
