Day 2 Les Mills Combat

Today we did HIIT Power. It was still pretty high cardio with strength training moves. I am not real fond of the burpees with squat, but I did them in a modified manner. Feeling it. I really like this program so far. Plus my husband, Gordie, and I are doing it together. We did P90X2 together 2 years ago. It is good to do this together. Excited to see the results eventually and enjoy the journey.
