I have started working on changing my diet, again. It took me ages to get my belly button issue fixed, and now that I know what is wrong with it, I feel like I can finally pick up where I left off.

Last summer really showed me just how bad off I am. I nearly drowned because I wasn't strong enough to fight the waves in the ocean. I couldn't lift all of my weight up to get out of the water. My dad had to drag me out. If it weren't for him, I would have surely drowned.

Now, we are planning another beach trip, and I do not want a repeat of last year. I want to be able to enjoy all the things other people can enjoy. I'd like to walk along the beach, and play in the water, and go bike riding. Cape Hatteras is a wonderful place to do all those things. I have promised myself I will lose 50 pounds by August, and I WILL do it.
