I hold on to positive information from everywhere...(people, tv, reading, etc.).
I get inspiration from Dr. Oz and pass on new information to friends and acquaintances.
It's working because I have folks joining me at the gym and making time for themselves.
Last year I focused on eating right to add to my exercise regiment.
So with everyone saying "ohh you're so skinny" and knowing I'm not...
I'm turning that around and inviting others to join my weight loss journey and healthy lifestyle habits.
So I'm using the positive comments to help me be consistent...
And I hope that I inspire others because if I can do can to!
