Sitting here thinking

Sitting here on this VERY windy blustery rainy day watching my daughter play video games and thinking about my husband who had to leave for a few days... My family is so important and I just realized that this is the ultimate goal of mine is that I learn to eat and cook better. better portion control with more activities with us moving around a lot more. There are big things in our future and I hope that I can create good habits for us as well! Anyhow just another thought!!
