Forgot to blog yesterday!

Good afternoon everyone! Yesterday was my rest day so I kind of forgot to blog, so I will be blogging two times today!

Yesterday I really didn't do much, I had the day of so I just got stuff ready for class to begin on Monday, did some laundry, and unfortunately had to pay some bills:(
Here's what I ate yesterday!
-Breakfast essential drink

-Apple with peanut butter

-Grilled chicken
-Brown rice
-Fresh green beans
-Over the rice and chicken I put a cream of mushroom roasted garlic sauce!

-My snack today was hot chocolate! I was craving it! The packet was only 90 calories so I thought it would be the same as a handful of almonds, I used water this time to cut back on the calories, but I usually use milk, only used a dash of milk to cool it down!

Hope everyone has a good Friday! TGIF! My blog tonight will be longer!

    My tummy started growling when I read about the mushroom and garlic sauce on your chicken. I shouldn't read your food blogs right before lunch, LOL! Keep up the great work!

    sounds yummy! I love granny smith apples and peanut butter. I never thought that they could be good together and it was a pleasant surprise! Sounds like you had a good day besides paying bills!
