Week Two: Thursday Thirty Kiss Day.

Good workout today. It was Deep water aerobics class. I was huffing and puffing at time. I felt tired and didn’t want to go to class but afterwards I felt good and relaxed and a guy friend wants to see me tonight so it’s all very good for a long day.


Plans for tomorrow:
Exercise of my choice.


Five things I'm grateful for:
1. Planning time. Much needed for my focus and great for my health.
2. My health. I have been hearing so much about this flu going around.
3. Brazil nuts. Nice easy snack.
4. The nice girl at Starbucks in Safeway. No, I didn’t go in for a coffee, I asked for ice water in my Starbucks water cup. I was able to shop and drink ice water.
5. Friends supporting my healthy choices.
