Starting off on the right foot

Hello All,

This past year, I really seemed to have put exercising on the wayside. I have been telling myself that this lack of exercising needs to change, and now that the hectic craze of the holidays is over, I think this is the time to start. I don't necessarily need to lose any weight, but boy do I need to get in shape and would love to look more toned (and maybe even run a few miles without dying).

I have been trying to get some of my friends together to attend the gym and gym classes as a group to motivate each other to go, but them joining me only lasted a few times. I still try to attend classes when I can, but I'd like to be doing more. Having a personal trainer would be great if they weren't sooo expensive!

I talked with some of my friends (the ones I planned on going to the gym with) about different programs we could do and we all decided that getting a fitness dvd may be the trick! So I purchased the Beachbody program T25 and I cannot wait to start / I am nervous as anything! I figure that if my friends can't get together one day, there is still someone telling you and showing you what to do!

I will record my progress on my blog and hopefully that will push me to make sure to actually do it! If anyone has done it and has any tricks, please let me know! I will try to keep this as detailed as possible, so if any of you have questions, this blog could be of assistance!
