Week 14 of Ideal Protein

About 3 1/2 months spent on ideal protein, 30 pounds lighter. Home scale says 146.6 lbs. So far after those first few weeks IP has been pretty easy to follow.

I have some fatigue that I think is due to the lack of sunlight in my part of the globe. I work in a windowless office during the only hours that the sun is in the sky. I arrive at 7 in the morning before the sun rises, I leave at 5pm, after the sun has set. This weekend I have a goal of going for a walk and getting some sun. I am also going to try to get some minutes in a tanning bed.

I also have planned a weekend in Arizona in March which I keep dreaming about. We humans were made to get sunlight on our faces. Where I live, in winter everyone plans a getaway to the South if possible and it is what we spend most of winter talking about . Arizona, Florida, California, and the Carribean are all favourites.
