Getting into the swing of things again

Oh my, it's one of those situations when you just wish you hadn't, but did...
I've been on a break for too long, and it is time to get back on track. I have not done a good job of sticking to my plan. Actually I totally abandoned it in May. I need to get to the fitness center tonight, and that should be enough to get me steered back in the right direction.
I feel bad to those of you that were so supportive of me. I feel bad too because I can't deny that I didn't enjoy just relaxing and not worrying about things over the summer. It was just hard to motivate myself again.
The first step for me is to get my butt over to the fitness center again. Once I am there I will be ok, but I have not been there in a long time. My brother-in-law has a membership there now, and we plan to work out together. I will use the same plan. I just need to drop 15 pounds from where I'm at.
I realized last year that I lost too much. My goal is going to be 183 pounds instead of 175. I will start with strength earlier on though instead of just doing cardio. I was doing a little weight training last year, but I'll do more earlier on this time around.
Anyway... again I know I can do this. I feel bad for just stopping last May. It was going to be a week, and it ended up being longer. Maybe someone else can learn from my mistake? I hope so..
