So, today was my first weigh in. Here are results:
Weight (-4.4)
Body fat (-1.4%)

Today I had early start, I had job interview in the morning and more running around after that. I hate days like that because it's hard to eat right on the run and that messes everything up. So I started right with breakfast, then in the middle of interview and testing I got soooo hungry, few hours after that I didn't really care and had time to make anything at home so I had to settle for delish but greasy pizza (my stomach was hurting afterwards).

B - oat bran porridge, coffee with milk

D - pizza

S - post workout protein shake

E - Jamie Eason Day 8 Chest/Triceps

Total - Cal - 1500, Fat - 70, Carbs - 150, Protein - 81

    Thank you, I did measure myself at the beginning but I'm going to weight myself only once a week and take measurements once a month.

    Good job on the 4 pounds! Have you taken measurements yet? You'll want a record of that as its what becomes really noticeable as the program progresses.
