Just wanted to let everyone who has been reading my blogs, how much I appreciate your helpful comments and good wishes on my health issues. I would normally put a note or message on each persons Spark page, but since I am having difficulty doing anything with my hands at the moment I am sending out this general blog.

Today got the Holter monitor put on. Only wish they had told me I would not be able to bathe for the next 48 hours, as I would have showered after my 70+ min. walk this morning (I showered last night) and now reduced to sponge bath's. I needed to wash my hair since I only do it about every other day or so, it is very long and takes a bit of effort on my part to dry. So I guess I will be going to the beauty parlor just for a wash & maybe a trim with dry. That's about all.

Sorry to hear you are having so much trouble with your hands :-( AS my hands are bad I have always kept my hair cropped short so its easy to wash and requires no styling. Getting your hair done will be a nice treat. I am so familiar with sponge baths, hate them. Its been a pain dealing with this cast and trying to shower, at least I can bag it up to keep it from getting wet.
Wishing good results for you on this test.

Give yourself a treat and go to the beauty shop for a wash and style! You have earned it and go enjoy it. Sponge bathes work too. I know it's a headache but it's important to know as well. I had one many yrs. ago and nothing showed. IT was after it was removed, the irregular heart rate started again. Never know when it's going to happen. Take care and the 48 hrs. will pass quickly. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Oh yes! Go have your hair washed and styled! You deserve it and if you are like me you probably can't stand to not wash it for too long! Good walk too! Hope all heart readings are normal!
