mindset - how I will get things done or not get things done depending on how I'm thinking
Support - Fellowship with friends, teammates and family
Visualization - What I picture in my head or actual pictures to help motivate myself
Acceptance - Letting myself be who I am at that moment, physically, emotionally, spiritually
Obstacles - Responsibilities that get in my way of doing what I want to do
Time Management - What I need to do especially regarding computer time in order to keep up with my family, clean the house, do the errands and get in my exercise and me time.
Beyond Comfort - Taking it one step further to reach my goals even though it may make it more difficult
Stress Management - Exercise, friends and teammates
Rewards - Time that I allow myself to do something extra and just for fun
My Affirmations for the week:
I will plan healthy meals.
I will achieve whatever I set my mind to.
