So far I have not gone over in my calories once since I started. YAHHH! I also after hitting the snooze a couple times goes up and worked out for a 1/2 hour. Double Yahhhhh! I am getting on track slowly but surely. My hurdle has been having the energy to workout. I am a diabetic not on medication trying to control it with diet so sometimes my energy level is down. That has been my struggle as of lately. I go back to the doctor on the 22nd and they will probably put me on meds. However I have been really good on my diet and controlling it that way. This morning my blood sugar was 107 which is good for me in the morning upon waking though it is suppose to be around 80 - 107 isn't alarming.
Now I just hope I can get some more workout in tonight. Maybe some wii dance 2014 tonight with my daughter.
