Hi again. So... I've posted about some feminine issues over the years. Last post was around 2010.
I haven't had insurance for a while (do this year through work) so never went to get it checked but for 2013 I think I had a total of 3 cycles... But I think with some trial I figured out part of the problem. Things are going more normal now, just under 2 months between cycles, which is closer to normal than the 3-6 month ones. But the last couple of months I've been taking vitamins, like regular ones on an almost regular basis which include... Iron.
I have often been on the low end with my iron that I'm aware. Back in high school, I tried to donate blood at a blood drive we had when i was old enough but they wouldn't let me cause my iron was too low. The jock guy in the room had fun joking that I needed to eat more steak. Anyways. When checked it was never low enough to cause concern, just was on the low end. I must sometimes dip lower pending diet (eating less foods that also have iron) and that might have an affect on things. While eating foods with it is a better option, a little extra dose is doing me some good with the vitamins.
Downside? Actually having the monthly cycle and all it comes with. *curls up with heating pad*
