Haven't blogged in weeks, not much has happened in that time frame anyway. Had a good Christmas and New Year. We started a Biggest Loser competition at work, weigh in was Jan 1. I have lost 4 lbs since then, plan on getting in the routine of going back to the gym, which I am going today. I am gradually going vegan, which isn't to hard, I am just taking baby steps, so I dont starve. I had a banana for breakfast, have roasted garlic hummus and vegetable pop chips for lunch, not sure about supper yet. Thinking about eating the handful of shrimp I have left, cooked not fried. I may just eat some corn for supper, or both, depends on how hungry I am. I forgot to take my water bottles out of the car, so my water is frozen, I am thirsty and cant drink it right now. I will take them out of the car when I get home and let them thaw, I bet the ones I have in the garage are frozen to, that's just really smart of me. I am so tired of the cold weather, even my heater in my room was blowing out cool air because of how cold it is outside. Oh how I long for warmer weather.

    ugh I hate the cold too! It is going to feel like a heat wave when we get back into the 40's and 50's after being in the single digits. I worked out and let the gym sweaty and that cold and hit me and my lungs and I have felt rundown and tired every since! I just want to go to bed early!!
    We started a biggest loser challange at work too. So far this week the entire office has stayed in and eating healthy lunches brought from home I am so proud of them. I have been following the food tracker's menu and today it seemed like I ate every time I turnned around but I still have calories to spare!! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon I really think I could become vegan too as much as I like veggies. I would love to have a garden this spring!
