I tried something new

Yesterday they had a free weight loss hypnosis session at the local library. My husband and I went to try something new and it was free. We have no idea if it will work. It was relaxing and eye opening. He talked about the importance of drinking water, eating only until you are full, leaving half of your food on the plate, sleeping well and being more active. Most important you have believe the hypnosis will work. All of the information was reinforce on the sparks page. It is fun to try new things

    Basically it's giving yourself self talk which I think all of us who have struggled with weight and are now losing do this on a daily basis. I just don't agree with purposely leaving half on your plate unless you're having a fattening meal out. Food is expensive and I don't believe in wasting on purpose. I believe in cooking for yourself in a healthier way and put a reasonable portion on your plate only.
