SparkCoach and 3 Things I am doing well this year

...well for the past few days anyway!

1. I am tracking my foods (...ALL of my foods!)
2. I am doing a 30Day Green Smoothie Challenge and so far so yummy/good!
3. I am working out... A walk outside or a workout inside- either way, for the past few days I have found opportunities and time to move!

How about you? It's so easy to focus on what we are doing wrong or what we need to do better and that's not completely a bad thing but let us not forget to count the things that we are working on, working toward, and doing well! So jump on... In the comments share a couple of things that you are doing right today!

    I have been making a point to log into SparkPeople, visit a couple of boards that I'm part of, and participate in the Winter Wellness Challenge!

    Thanks for the encouragement to look at what is going well rather than focusing on the areas that need work! It helps to keep our perspective on those things that are going well because that success can help encourage us to work on the other areas of our lives as well.

    Yes! emoticon Focusing on what we are doing right is so much better than what we are not doing well. A few I made a decision to focus on the positives and how to get back on track rather than focus how I got off track over the holidays and my vacation. emoticon
