201.6 Pounds!

Sunday, January 05, 2014

I went to a store I've never been to before called Dress Barn. It's a decent store with dressier clothes geared more towards a business woman/interview outfits/dressy attire for going out and very pricey! I tried on a gorgeous dress in a size 14 but it was $50.00 so I passed on it but I did however get my first size 14 pants! It was the only pair in my size and it happened to be on the mannequin so the lady who worked there took it off so I could try it on. Turns out they fit wonderfully but had a hole on the inside of the pant leg on the seam so they took $6.50 off. I'm so glad I got them! Also went to Marshalls and tried on a few pair of jeans and found 1 pair that fit and they were also a size 14. Turns out I think I may be a solid 14 now instead of a 14/16 which is great!

I weighed in today and I'm down to 201.6 pounds! The first reading was 200.8 and I thought it was too good to be true and sure enough the 2nd and 3rd readings were for 201.6... only 1.6 pounds to go until I hit my birthday goal. I'm making better choices when we go out to eat like today we went to Denny's for lunch and I got the Fit Fare Omelette which was 350 calories.

emoticon your doing great! keep up the good work! Dress Barn does have nice clothes, and if you can find things on clearance there, you can actually get a good deal! I have always had issue with the name we really need to shop in a barn? lol-maybe its just me! emoticon congrats!
