January Week 1 progress

Track the trifecta.
This week I did an awesome job with working out, drinking my water and tracking my food. I worked out six days this week and got my water in and tracked every day. Yay me!
Run 3 times a week.
I didn't get my runs in. I did run once when I did a 5K with some friends but it was to cold to run any of the other mornings. I did do cardio inside. I'm hopeful that it will warm up some so that I can get out this week.
We are doing great this week on our budget. I only spent $60 on groceries for meals until the 11th but I also didn't have to buy any meat since we had a bunch in the freezer so that should be higher other weeks.
Time with DH
We didn't plan a special at home date this week but I do feel like I got good quality time in still.
Time with Arianna
This is one area where I see the biggest difference. I hate to admit it but I am normally a bit testy with Arianna in the evenings after work. I feel like I'm entitled to my own time and she just wants my attention. The reality is that she hasn't seen me all day and just wants some time with me. Whatever I have on my plate can wait until after 8 when she is asleep. I feel like the two days this week that I had to work this were easier in the afternoon because I was spending time with her. We had less meltdowns and she even was willing to let me have some time to get small things done because she could see we were going to have or time in just a bit. It was nice getting to connect with her like that.
