Goal Check Week 1

Week 1 Goals were:
1. lose 1 pound. emoticon -- LOST 3 POUNDS!
2. cook dinner 4 times this week. emoticon 4 days in a row!
3. log into sparkpeople every day. emoticon on day 8 of my "streak" now!
4. log all food and drink every day. emoticon LOVE the mobile app for this!

to recap, January goals are:
1. cook 4 times a week.
2. eat breakfast every day.
3. log into sparkpeople every day.
4. log all food and drink every day.
5. lose 10 lbs.
6. exercise at least three times a week.
7. log at least 3000 steps a day with the activity tracker.

I am on track to meet these goals!!! :D

WEEK 2 GOALS are:
1. emoticon Eat breakfast every day BEFORE 8 am.
2. emoticon Cook dinner 4 times a week. (does heating up leftovers count?!??!)
3. emoticon Lose 2 pounds.
4. emoticon log at least 3000 steps a day with activity tracker.
5. emoticon Do some kind of formal exercise twice this week.
6. emoticon Log into sparkpeople every day.
