Day 9 - "Here's What I Want"

Today is Day 9 for me of my "100 Days of Weight Loss" journey and my task is to write down what I want and don't want from my support people;

1.) If I'm eating something that is not on my plan, I want you to ask me if I've had a bad day, NOT "should you be eating that?";

2.) When I'm making progress, compliment me on how I look, not "never comment on my progress";

3.) When I'm struggling or gaining weight, I want you to ask me how you can help, not ignore it entirely - this is a new behavior to me!

4.) When' I'm making progress you can't see (such as improving my self esteem), I want you to as me how my efforts are going, not ignore my efforts and changes

5.) When' I've maintained my weight (even if I have more to lose) I want you to tell me you're proud of my current efforts, not ask me if I'm struggling or feeling discouraged
