Breakfast was the low sugar apples and cinnamon oatmeal. I know, I know. Not very Atkin's friendly. Whatevs. Better than many of my past breakfast choices I assure you.
Lunch was more of the BLT salad. I use 'facon' instead of the original meaty kind. I've been a vegetarian so long I don't even notice the difference.
Dinner will be some black bean chili with sour cream and cheddar cheese.
In between I'm guzzling water and detox tea.
So not exactly low calorie, and definitely not meeting Atkin's phase 1 (or even 2) rules. But a hell of a lot better than I've been eating. No refined sugar and no wine. YAY ME!!!!

For dessert I had some Greek yoghurt and canned mandarins. Then I couldn't sleep and at 2am was super hungry again. I am really proud of myself because of instead of drinking the wine I was craving, I had some carrots and PB.
