Monday is a great day to start up again...that's my plan. I have been better about what I ate then just killed it all yesterday with a trip to the movies followed by dinner at McDonalds. I didn't really try to eat healthy - unless you count eating hamburgers instead of cheeseburgers....Feeling kind of down about it...might be the head cold hanging out in my sinuses talking- but I just don't feel like exercising right now. So my solution is to give myself 2 good days of rest and no pressure, then start up again on Monday...no matter what.
We are waiting for the "great snow of 2014" to arrive, and yes I will be going out to get milk and toilet paper in just a bit..who wants to be holed up in the house with out those things? Actually, I will be sending my husband, since someone has to wrangle 3 ten year old girls....
Got terrible sleep last night, which isn't helping things, and I'm fairly certain my daughter will be extremely crabby today....super.
On a good note, I finally got to see Frozen last night....I Loved it! It is honestly my new favorite Disney movie, bumping Beauty and the Beast to 2nd place, followed by Aladdin...I enjoyed it so much, I'd like to see it in 3-D, which never happens!
I am going to keep an eye on eating and not go crazy- I honestly don't feel all that great anyway- might make some spice tea, which is full of OJ, cinnamon, and cloves...may help. Yesterday while waiting for the movies, I went on the sparkpeople recipe app, and started putting interesting, low carb recipes into my "favorites" so I could find good recipes easy. There was one for a chocolate zucchini bread that sounded interesting...might be worth a try...maybe I should add zucchini to my husbands list! If you don't have that recipe app, I highly recommend it!
I guess while I feel slightly motivated, I best do some sleeping bag rolling and air bed deflating....crap, just remembered I have bowling tonight....ugh. At least I will get a little exercise.... emoticon emoticon
