I've been doing very well since coming back to Spark 6 weeks ago and just decided that a goal that I really want to accomplish that I hadn't thought of previously was to be able to wear my white and my pink capri jeans by May that were new the year I reached goal before but haven't been able to wear the last several years! After that I have several other smaller outfits that my husband wanted me to buy that year that have been just sitting in my closet looking beautiful and yearning to be worn, that I really want to be able to get back into some time this year.
My main priority is still getting healthy again, but that new clothes goal will definitely help inspire me! I might even take out those cute pink jeans and hang them somewhere visible daily and try them on at least once a month to see how much closer to my goal I'm getting!

Since coming back to Spark in the Fall I have used clothing as a motivator ( 2 dresses). My current goal is to fit into a pair of Jeans that I bought after losing weight last time. When I started this goal I could barely get my legs into the calf area. Yesterday I was able to pull them all the way up but not zip them. The scale going down is motivating but I know when I zip those jeans I will have accomplished something. 2681 days ago
I've been known to hang desired pieces of clothing up in the kitchen to help with my will power. My kids used to joke with me about it. It worked, but for some reason I forgot about this tactic. I may be time to bring this back! Thanks for the reminder. And good luck! 2682 days ago
You're right- You are doing an awesome job! I am right here with you! I have SEVERAL pairs of jeans and some really cute shirts that I would love to wear, but there they are, hanging in my closet!
I bought a pair of jeans last Monday, actually, with them fitting snug. I told myself and my friend that I will use them as motivation! That I will try them on once every 2 weeks or once a month(haven't decided yet).
Let's continue to do this together! It will be great once we achieve it, right? Let's Do This!
Cheryl ~ you are doing great! Somehow clothes always find their way into my goal... lol When I joined spark years ago it was my capris for me. Then I gained about 20 back. My first short term goal is too fit into my jeans comfortable again. We WILL do it!! 2683 days ago
