I went to the gym yesterday and used my 1 free personal trainer. i am in better shape than i thought but really need to stay constant with working out and eating better. the scary thing that happened was my husband who was working with his trainer almost past out and got real weak and light headed. I am assuming that he worked too hard and didnt stop when he should have (or least that is what i hope is wrong). He is going to redo his session with his trainer next week, We are going to go back tomorrow just to work out. He is going to light work out nothing strenuous and maybe swim. i will do the routine that Heather showed me. I am wanting to lose 24 lbs in 12 weeks that will be 10% weight loss. Then the next short term goal will be 17 lbs in 9 weeks that will get in under 200 lbs for the first time in 7 years. my end goal is to get 145 - 160 i know big range just going to play that one by site to see where i look the best at.
