My January goals

First of all, my new years resolution is to be more giving. My theme for 2013 was to treat myself with more respect and now i'm going to shine my light outward and consider others more. Especially towards my husband, he is so loving and giving and I'll admit I take advantage a lot. So that's going to be my overarching goal for 2014.

On to my January Goals:
1. 7-minute workout, has anyone heard of this? Its a simple but effective way to work your whole body in 7 minutes. I downloaded an app to my phone and I pledge to do this workout 31 times in January (I'll have to do 2/day at least once since I didn't do it on the first).
2. Glow-getter streak: I'm going to get 10k steps every day in January, no matter what. If I can accomplish this I will up my daily step goal in February.
3. Continue my spark login streak. Going for 62 straight days of logging into spark.
4. Log my food on non-fast days. I've been using this 5:2 plan as an excuse to "do whatever the hell I want" 5 days a week. My weight has stayed stable over the holidays but if i'm going to hit my goal weight by summer I need to start losing again! I need to eat more sensibly on my non-fasting days.

    I had heard of the 7-min workout, but I had no idea there was an app for it!! I just downloaded one, so I'm going to give it a go right before my yoga practice :D
