Minor set back but back on track

Yesterday I posted about my general ick day and from there it got worse. I pretty much spent all day sleeping or eating. But today is a new day and I'm back on track. I got up feeling only slightly tired, ate breakfast, got dressed, and I'm ready to conquer my day. As long as I don't eat because I'm bored, I get in a small workout, and not nap again tomorrow I'll wake up feeling refreshed and better than ever.

Food wise still having a hard time pinpointing what I'm having for dinner tonight. It's my oldest child's birthday and he has asked for pizza and movies. I may just order for them and eat one of my smart ones but I really want a piece of pizza ya know.

Well time to get off here and go do something, I still have a room to clean.
