OK, sooo...November's goals kinda went out the window in December. All of them.

OOPS.

I have January goals now... and I have 2014 goals. I wrote them down, and I keep them where I can see them. I took a picture of them with my phone. I wrote them on the side of my spark page, I printed them out and pasted them in my bedroom, I have a copy here by the computer, and a copy on the fridge. They remind me that I am worth it. I matter. I am strong. I can do this!

My 2014 "Big Picture" Goals are:
Cook 4 times a week.
Reduce my food budget by 40%.
Lose 80 lbs this year.
Be kind to myself.

My January Goals are:
1. cook 4 times a week.
2. eat breakfast every day.
3. log into sparkpeople every day.
4. log all food and drink every day.
5. lose 10 lbs.
6. exercise at least three times a week.
7. log at least 3000 steps a day with the activity tracker.

My Goals for this week are:
1. lose 1 pound.
2. cook dinner 4 times this week.
3. log into sparkpeople every day.
4. log all food and drink every day.

Today is January 2nd, 2014 and so far this week, I have cooked twice and logged in and logged my food and drink every day. I have not done any formal exercise yet this week. I have done at last 3000 steps every day! ;)
