203.6 Pounds!

Friday, January 03, 2014

So last night the boyfriend and I went to Target and they happened to have a 30-70% off sale on practically half the store including workout clothes! I looked around and found only 2 pairs of workout pants in my size and 1 reversible sports bra for $23.00 for everything. I wish they had more sports bras in my size because the one I got fits wonderfully, gives awesome support, and holds the girls in place with minimal bouncing.

Weighed in as well and I am now 203.6 pounds! I was thinking losing 5 pounds in 3 weeks was going to be severely hard because I have weeks where I won't move at all on the scale but this week alone I managed 2 pounds lost. I have 18 days to reach my goal to be 200 pounds. I know I can do it!

New Years eve was pretty boring and uneventful. I exercised for 30 minutes before midnight so I got a workout in at the very least and managed to get a kiss at midnight :) I hope everyone enjoyed their new years. I made a few resolutions to go to the gym 2x per week whenever possible, eat breakfast, eat more fruits and veggies, drink more water, weigh/measure my food whenever possible, and just relax and not get worked up when the scale doesn't show what I'd like it to.
