January Goal Plans

To reach my goals here are the things that I intend to do for each of my five goals:
1. Reach 150 lbs.
I need to do the trifecta for weight loss: water, tracking, and exercise. To lose weight I will track my food every day and drink 64 ounces (at least) a day. I will also work out 30 minutes 5 days a week with yoga on at least one of my rest days.
2. Run a half marathon faster than my previous PR of 2:35.
I need to run 3 times a week at the 4min(run)/1min(walk) interval to get myself back in shape.
3. Stay in our budget each month for better fiscal security.
I need to check in to our budget each Sunday to make sure that we are still on track. Before every purchase I have to ask “Do we NEED this?”. I also want to get our weekly grocery bill to under $75 each week.
4. Make special time to connect with DH each week.
I want to plan a date with DH each week. Due to finances, it will need to be an at home date but the Dating Divas (awesome blog if you haven’t checked it out yet) site has some great ideas.
5. Spend more time actively engaged with Arianna.
Every night I want to spend time playing with Arianna instead of being so focused on all the other things I need to do.
