New Years Goals

I read that a resolution is just really an idea but a goal is something you can follow and have tangible results. So this year I made goals. A lot of people do it on Jan 1st then by Feb it is all just a memory. I am going to try my hardest to work on my health and my number one goal this year. I have always put myself last but I need to change that way of thinking. I WILL make my goals this year! Happy New Year everyone! emoticon
