Started using the Simple Start method from WW today (also known as Simply Filling)--This was breakfast--all of which are Power Foods--so no tracking them :)
Egg white fritata w/beans and brown rice, steel cut oatmeal w/ grapes and applesauce. Yum:) ...and a glass of skim milk. Sooooo filling, and so good for me :)
