2014 goals

1) I need to be more consistent with working out. That means 5-6 days a week.
2) I need to stay in my calorie range more often.
3) I need to eat at least 5 freggies a day.
4) I need to read my Bible and spend time with God every day.
5) I need to drink at least 8 cups of water every day.
6) I need to strength train at least 3 days a week.
7) I need to stick with Flylady and get my house clean.
