I Won't Start Over

Wednesday, January 01, 2014

I'm not ashamed of my inconsistency anymore. I'm not going to wallow in my own self-pity again. I'm not committing myself to start something new. I'm simply accepting my mistakes, taking responsibility for my actions and understanding that where I am now is where my journey has led me up until this point. What I am doing is just continuing on this journey, but making some better choices. Making small directional changes. Altering my course a little at a time and just keep moving forward.

So there it is, no new program, no new resolutions this year, no starting over, but I do expect great changes in the next portion of my journey.

It is the little changes that make for big results.
Last year I made a few small commitments to do things I think are important more consistently and there have been huge unexpected results.
I started listening to Christian pod casts and reading more. I am astounded by what I've learned this year, the insights I've gained and how that is changing me and my life for the better.
    Nothing dramatic, just more consistent.
Hope the same happens for you this year.

I feel the same way. I'm on the same path. I'm just going to make better time on it.

life IS a journey...... sometimes we have to stop and rest..... sometimes we go back a little to remind us of where we need to be going..... just keep going forward.

Excellent. Just go from one minute to the other, each one being better, somehow, by your own definition!!

    ONWARD!!
