2013 vs 2014 Measurements

Last January 1st I posted a blog with my measurements. I figure I might as well do the same thing this year, it's a good way to track my maintenance.

Pictures 2013 vs 2014

1/1/13 Measurements:

Waist: 26"
Hips: 36"
Thigh: 21"
Calf: 14"
Neck: 12"
Upper Arm: 10"
Weight: 155ish, I don't have a scale at home anymore and the gym wasn't open today, so this is my best guess.

1/1/14 Measurements

Waist: 24.5"
Hips: 36"
Thigh: 21"
Calf: 13"
Neck: 11.5"
Upper Arm: 10.5"
Weight: 154.6

Body Fat- 23%

There really wasn't much of a change. I lost some inches in my waist, but more than that I've gained a lot of things. Peace, comfort and serenity. I am still working on loving myself, it is a lot more common than it used to be but I still have those days. I did also gain a lot of muscle. It's hard to tell by measurements but the fact that I have a body fat of 23% is pretty great.
