Goals and things I want to accomplish in 2014

I am putting this out here mostly for me, just so I can see what I want to accomplish, and what actually gets accomplished. Hopefully I will do well enough so I can come back quarterly and see what got done, and what needs to be done yet.

*no longer get winded running laundry up and down the stairs

*be able to trim/paint my own toenails without having to sit upright or have my foot set funny because I can't bed over enough to reach them

*get more flexible so I can bend over without worrying about getting straight again

*no more tops with buttons straining over my boobies

*no longer buying jeans with "stretch" in them

*getting off the blood pressure pills

*not making tv my number one priority after work

*fit into my work pants better without any camel toe

*make fruits and veggies a part of every day

*use all the winter gear I own to get out more even on cold days

*have more energy in bed (bow chicka wow wow)

*lessen the stress on my already complaining knees

*walk a mile in under 20 mins

*go walking on my own instead of waiting for hubby

*not be a total jerk when I hit my goal weight

*get really close to my goal weight in one year

*update measurements quarterly

*lose that ugly dip in my arm fat

*have two separate thighs

*have one chin

*get my spiritual tattoo as a reward instead of food

*buy a pretty sundress after my thighs are separated

*walk to the gallery walk 2-3 times this summer

*do the turkey trot in under 45 minutes

*get at least 7,000 steps a day, even on non work days

*give birth to dorito finally

*floss more often

*spark daily. 379 day streak by Dec 31

*take vitamin daily

*try almond milk instead for lactose issues

*use the weight machine in the basement

*stop accepting my own excuses to not reach my goals
