Highlights of 2013

2013 has been a year of finding myself. Learning to love myself. Learning to feel comfortable in this new body and really just learning to live again.
I have managed to stay within my goal weight range, but lost inches.
I started and completed Jamie Eason's 12 week program
I ran 10+ miles without stopping.
I ran a 10k, in almost PR time.
I did 100 push-ups
I ran 1030 miles!!!!
I'm starting to feel more comfortable, feel more like a regular person and really I am just loving life. 2014 will be AMAZING!!
