New Years is such a motivating time! I am ready to try again. I resolve to track calories daily, not skipping anything. This is my best tool for weight loss. I also need to move more and stop the excuses. I know what needs to happen, I have done it before. Tomorrow will be a cleaning of the fridge and the pantry to eliminate leftover holiday foods. Then, a grocery store trip to stock up on protein and veggies. Happy New Year to all of my Spark friends! I hope 2014 is a healthy, happy year for you.
