2014 here I come!

But first a gratitude. I am grateful for SparkPeople, especially the teams that I am co-leader on:
Perimenopause to Menopause, PowerSparkHeroes (class of June 3-9, 2012). and the Montana teams. By being a co-leader on these teams they have forced me to work a little harder and come up with challenges for the teams which I have to participate in. So needless to say it works well for me! So if you want to get a little more involved, get more support, think about becoming a co-leader for your favorite team(s).

On to 2014 goals:

Short Term goals:

1. Ski (downhill, telemark) 20 times this year.
2. Snowshoe as often as I can at least 5 times.
3. Cross country ski when there's snow at least 5 times.
4. Ice skate when there's ice at least 3 times.

Medium Term Goals

1. Run at least 8 organized runs.
2. Run a virtual race once a month.

Long Term Goals

1. Keep the weight off for 2014
2. Run at least 500 miles

2014 here I come!
