I don't like to say I'm starting a New Year's resolution because so many fail. However, I am starting a new book tomorrow that hopefully helps steer me in a better direction. My husband and I are already trying to focus harder on getting more vegetables in and for me also fruit. I just finished some grapes that tasted so much better than I thought they would this morning when I packed them. I have tried not to let the Holidays totally derail good eating so tomorrow won't really be a big change. I will just be adding some positive reinforcement with the daily book readings. I also have a friend at work that will be joining me for the readings and discussion. I'm certainly thinking I will be more successful in 2014 than I was in 2013.
