Today I'm wrapping up Vlogcember, I still have two videos that need to be edited but for the most part I'm pleased with this first batch of vlogs!
My 1st Quarter of 2014 goals:
I'm calculating my BMI the first of every month.
Starting the 10th I'm adjusting my calorie and exercise to begin loosing weight again! I'm planning on just a pound a week. Currently I'm 49 pounds away from a healthy weight.
I'm doing my first 5K in February (I'm on week 4 of my training) I want to do a 5K at least twice a year but every quarter would be even better!!!
