I want to exercise

I decided to take a break for a few days because of pain and stiffness. I have not stopped hurting and it has been 4 days since I have given my body a break.. Forearms, calves and neck. Will give it another day but will start back up whether the pain and stiffness is gone or not. Just tired of hurting. I am determined lose this weight and this is not going to be a permanent break. Hopefully tomorrow there will be a difference.
